Miami Spa Month Treatment: Choose one of the following treatments:

• Be Young and Beautiful – 60 min:
Enjoy a customized facial designed to repair and nourish your face and neck. Our intensive and holistic facial reinforces and rebuilds at the cellular level. Botanical customized ingredients exfoliate, penetrate and work deep into the skin. The treatment continues with a 30-minute micro current treatment to nourish, plump and firm the skin. For those delicate lip and eye areas, we include a gentle massage and hydration treatment to minimize dark circles and puffiness around the eyes and leave lips kiss-ably soft.

OR

• Thai on the Table (Thai Massage) – 60 min:
Your body is unique 24 hours a day. We honor this complexity with this treatment that reaches beyond a classic Swedish or Deep tissue Massage. This combination of Thai yoga stretches and firm compressions loosens and lengthens sore, tight muscles. This treatment is a great way to help restore balance to your active body and to combat chronic areas of tightness. All sessions are done on our plush tables, rather than a traditional Thai mat.

OR

• Summer Soaked + Worshipped – 120 min:
Rejuvenate poolside at the Biscayne Bay, enjoying hydrotherapy column showers, roman waterfall, ozonated pool and cold plunge...relax...remember...take your time. Then your hand and foot mistress will bathe and massage your hands and feet first in warm coconut milk, fresh seasonal fruits and floral essences in tubs filled with polished basalt river stones. She'll then exfoliate you with a tropical sugar scrub, followed by a sea mineral mask to detoxify and smooth weary extremities before the actual manicure or pedicure even begins. To complete the experience you'll receive a foot massage with hot stones - you will love your hands and feet.

OR

• Inside Out (Fitness, Pilates, Yoga or Meditation Session + Mud Lounge) – 90 min:
Begin with a one-on-one session of your choice, fitness training, pilates or a yoga practice to inspire your training practice with personal guidance. Afterward, purge those pesky toxins with a detoxifying mud lounge treatment. You'll feel brand new from the inside out.

OR

• Hamam Spa Ritual – 100 min:
Keep it Sensual and Satisfying. Begin in the Hamam for some warm-up time. You will then receive a 45-minute Standard Massage followed by a complete lathering with a Turkish Hamam Rub and Scrub. Finish with an Herbal Bath that will be sure to get your blood flowing.
