The Spa at Shula's offers a number services and amenities for your comfort, convenience and well-being. Our goal is to make each visit to our facility a pleasurable one. All treatments are referred to as rituals and most rituals will end with ringing of tingshaws (a ritual artifact utilized in Tibetan Ceremony to call fourth the spirit into the here and now) Duija, Vizma and Samasta are three of the custom rituals.

Miami Spa Month Treatment: Choose one of the following treatments:

• Body Treatment: Full Body Chakra Detox Wrap - 75 minutes
Enjoy the ultimate body exfoliation and detoxification in this 75-minute journey to inner and outer balance. Your treatment begins with a dry body exfoliation followed by a smoothing, detoxifying seaweed and chakra-balancing masque. A warm comforting body wrap enables the skin to eliminate toxins, while you relax with a chakra balancing sensory journey. An optional scalp massage is followed by a full body application of cream and marma point balancing.

• Massage: Aveda Fusion Hot Stone Massage - 75 minutes
Experience the aromatic power of Aveda’s Pure Plant and Flower essential oils combined with smooth hot stones to ease away stress, muscle tightness and tension. For Miami Spa month guests, we take our signature stone massage a step further to include 15 minutes of hot stone foot reflexology and a cold stone facial massage to complete this 75 minute experience to balance, soothe and heal.

• Facial: Radiant Skin Facial - 60 minutes
Botanical Skin Resurfacing is Aveda’s alternative to microdermabrasion. We combine the power of tourmaline with a hands on approach that results in skin with a smoother texture, fewer fine lines and wrinkles, decreased pore size and significantly more radiance, all without irritation and inflammation. Miami Spa Month guest receive their choice of any facial enhancement from our menu.

• Hands, Feet, Face: Summer Skin Package - 135 minutes
Tangerine Manicure, Pedicure & Mini Facial. Enjoy our summer tangerine manicure and pedicure with a 30-minute mini facial, which will focus on your skin’s most immediate need. Whether it is refinement, hydration, deep cleansing, or calming, your skin will show an overall rejuvenation.
